Special Operations Services is a Program Approved Service Agency (PASA) certified in the State of Colorado. The agency provides Home and Community-Based Services to members enrolled in Colorado Medicaid waiver programs.
Services
- Supported Community Connections — a Day Habilitation service supporting members to build relationships and natural supports in the community, and to use the community as a learning environment.
- Individual Residential Services and Supports — residential habilitation and supports provided in a home setting.
Approach
Services are delivered one-to-one or in small groups as identified in each member's Person-Centered Support Plan. Support is offered rather than required: a member's choice to decline is honored and recorded, because participation that is freely chosen is the only participation worth building on.
Privacy
Special Operations Services is a HIPAA covered entity. Member records are held securely and are not disclosed except as permitted or required by law. No member information appears on this site.
